My 20 years of experience have taught me to trust the meandering of the psyche and one's need to be heard and to be safe.
I like to start with what is present and experienced as a challenge.
Then as the story unfolds, I look for patterns, themes that potentially influence your thinking, behaviors and beliefs about yourself, others and about life.
